What is an occasional lease and why is it worth it?
It is a form of agreement that gives the owner additional legal protection: it makes terminating the contract and recovering the premises easier should problems arise. It requires a visit to a notary, but the cost is small compared to the benefits.
Do you help people who are only just arriving in Warsaw?

What documents are needed to rent an apartment?
