FAQ

How much does buying with an agency cost?
In the buyer representation model our fee is agreed individually before we start working together. We explain the remuneration terms in full at the first meeting, with no hidden costs.
Do you help with a mortgage?
Yes. We work with financial advisers who help assess your borrowing capacity and select the most favourable offer. It is a separate service, but we can coordinate it alongside your purchase.
How long does the entire process take?
Finding the right property takes 4–8 weeks on average. Closing (preliminary agreement → notarial deed) usually takes another 4–6 weeks.
Can you help if I am abroad?
Yes. We offer fully remote handling: video viewings, document signing by a proxy and online coordination of the entire process.
